Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. At the same time, the nature of cosmetic products requires particular attention to hygiene and safety conditions.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened or used.

Therefore:

  • we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with, even partially;
  • returns due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to the purchase of digital Gift Cards. Consequently, the amount paid for this type of product will not be refunded.

Damaged or Non Conforming Products

If the product received is:

  • damaged, or
  • different from the one ordered,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@fornitocosmetica.com, attaching:

  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photographs of the product and the packaging.

After the necessary checks, we will proceed, at our discretion, to:

  • replace the product, or
  • refund the corresponding amount.

Refund Conditions

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase and will be visible within a few business days, depending on banking processing times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs related to the return of goods are always borne by the customer, as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

In the event of damaged or incorrect products, once the responsibility of Fornito Cosmetica or the courier has been established, any shipping costs will be handled according to the instructions provided by our customer service.
